Born from a Passion

Rena Palumbo built RPC Agency because she kept seeing the same problem. Extraordinary properties with forgettable marketing. Brands being managed by people who had never walked the grounds or understood what made a place worth traveling across the world for.

She founded RPC to fix that.

There is no middle man here. No account managers, no rotating teams, no one interpreting your vision through layers of communication. When you work with RPC, you work directly with Rena. A creative director and brand strategist who has spent years on property with luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and destination retreats across Bali, Costa Rica, Hawaii, and Portugal. She understands the guest you are trying to reach and the difference between marketing that looks beautiful and marketing that actually builds a brand.
